Brindley Mill
Brindley Mill is a restored water-powered corn mill on the river Churnet at Leek, built in 1752 by celebrated engineer James Brindley.The class 2 listed mill operates for demonstration purposes milling corn. It houses a small museum dedicated to Brindley's life ad achievements and contains a collection of period tools and archive material. |

Coaches can drop passengers on Abbey Green Roas, about 20 yards from the museum. Staff will advise on parking on arrival.
Maximum number of pupils 30. For visitors with mobility problems access may be limited to the ground floor. Sessions can be provided on the mill workings by stewards. A large print guide is available. |
